MEET YOUR TRAINER

Your PURE personal trainer is Stephen Brown.

Stephen is a trained professional who is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals. He is a motivating Personal Trainer who focuses on the importance of offering clients efficient yet fun training techniques.

 

Stephen can help you to tone, lose fat and improve your general fitness. He strives to be a personal mentor for every client — offering dietary, motivational, and long-term health and fitness advice.

 

Stephen’s qualifications include Cert. III Gym Instructor, Cert. IV in Fitness, Senior First Aid. He is an accredited member of Fitness Australia.

Mobile Personal Training involves one-on-one tailor-made fitness sessions. Your personal trainer is there every step of the way to keep you motivated and on-goal.


Because it offers complete flexibility to accommodate your own physical and time constraints, mobile personal training can help you overcome barriers that might be keeping from your exercise routine so you achieve long-lasting fitness improvements.

GROUP TRAINING

Our Group Personal Training offers you the opportunity to exercise in the company of friends, in a fun and relaxed environment. 


The benefit of group training is that it can be a social, cost effective and competitive way to improve your health and fitness

 

WHERE AND WHEN

PURE PERSONAL TRAINING can be available at times that suit you. Your fitness sessions can take place at your home or at an outdoor location such as a park at your convenience.
